1、中文摘要目的：探讨电针结合耳压治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效及作用机理。方法：将60例单纯件肥胖患者随机分为电针组、电针结合耳压组，并进行相关治疗，3个疗程后总结疗效，观察治疗前后患者肥胖指标(腰围、臀围、股围、体重指数BMI、体脂百分比FAT、内脏脂肪含量VFA)及症状评分的变化，进行统计分析。结果：经电针治疗、电针结合耳压治疗后，两组患者的BMI、腰围、臀围、股围、FAT、VFA均下降，治疗前后比较各项指标差异均有显著性(P<0．05)；经过3个疗程的治疗后，两组总有效率分别为67％、70％；两组患者症状均得到改善。两组治疗前后组内比较具有极显著性差异(P

2、极显著性差异(P<0．01)；说明电针、电针结合耳压都是单纯性肥胖的有效治疗方法。治疗后两组各指标下降值经独立样本T检验比较示电针结合耳压组FAT、腰围、VFA下降值比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；BMI、臀围及股围两者差异比较无统计学意义；说明电针结合耳压减肥疗效在降低FAT、腰围、VFA方面优于电针。电针结合耳压组的总有效率稍高于电钊1组，但经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义。结论：电针、电针结合耳压都是单纯性肥胖的有效治疗方法，电针结合耳压减肥疗效在降低FAT、腰围、VFA方面优于电针。关键词：电针，耳压治疗，单纯性肥胖，临床疗效U南京中医药大学博士学位论文AbstractO
