1、南京中医药大学硕士学位论文摘要目的：验证电针．穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖病的临床疗效；同时将两者经行优化组合，观察其临床疗效。方法：将90例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为电针组、埋线组及电针结合埋线组，并分别给予电针，埋线，电针结合埋线治疗后总结疗效，观察针刺治疗前后患者肥胖指标(腰围、臀围、股围、体重、体重指数、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪含量)及症状体征的变化，经行统计分析。结果：三组治疗前后患者各项肥胖指标、症状积分均明显下降，前后比较差异有显著性(P<0．Ol‘)，证实电针、穴位埋线及电针结合埋线减肥的疗效。电针结合埋线组在体重、臀围、BMI和VFA下降值与电针组、埋线组相比较具有极

2、显著的差异性(P<0．01)，在臀围、殷围及FAT方面其下降值比较无统计学差异，在改善症状积分上差异有高度统计学意义(P<0．01)，在总有效率上与电针组比较差异有统计学意义(P
