1、摘要目的:比较不同途径导入VEGF对大鼠腹部缺血皮瓣的影响,探讨有效的基因导入方法。方法:建立大鼠腹壁下动脉为蒂的缺血皮瓣动物模型,30只SD大鼠随机分成经缺血皮瓣蒂动脉组,皮下肉膜组,对照组,术后7d切取皮瓣,RT—PCR、免疫组化染色及真彩色医学图像分析软件等方法检测VEGF基因的表达、皮瓣皮下血管密度。结果:三组之间互相比较,表明在缺血皮瓣中VEGF基因的表达、血管的密度,蒂动脉组、皮下肉膜组与对照组有显著差异(尸<0.01),蒂动脉组与皮下肉膜组有差异(尸<0.05)。结论:VEGF基因经皮瓣蒂动脉或
