1、中文摘要本文通过鸡胚试验法，对黄芪等26种中药进行筛选，结果表明连翘等9种具有较强的抗ILTV作用．黄芪在抑制病毒增殖的试验中，对鸡胚的存活保护率最高可达80％；应用制剂加工工艺制成了饮水剂——，百可宁”，该制剂对成年产蛋鸡传染性喉气管炎有显著的治疗效果，平均治愈率为粥．45％，一般经5-5d症状消失，恢复正常采食，产蛋率回升，经1-2周恢复到接近正常产蛋水平。通过对不同日龄的鸡传染性喉气管炎治疗观察，表明该制剂有显著的疗效，平均治愈率为97．8％，一般经3-4d病鸡康复，体重有不同程度增加；急性毒性试验表明，该制剂对小鼠的
