1、BAFF分子在肾移植受者外周血单个核细胞的表达中文摘要目的：探讨BAFF分子在肾移植受者术后不同时期外周血单个核细胞的表达情况，并初步分析该分子表达的可能生物学意义。方法：分别采用免疫荧光标记法(IMF)和实时定量聚合酶链反应法(RealTime—PCR)从蛋白水平及RNA水平检测肾移植受者术后外周血单个核细胞BAFF分子的表达，实验分术后1年以内组、术后1-4年组及术后5年及以上组，以正常人及血液透析患者作对照。结果：经RealTime—PCR法检测，术后1-4年、术后5年及以上组BAFF分子的表达均高于健康对照组(P<0．01)，术后1年以内组和健康对照组无明显差异(P>0．05)
