1、息1天；对照组进针得气后留针3o分钟，每1o分钟行针一次，每日1刺，5次为一疗程，一共5个疗程。经5个疗程治疗后，对治疗前后疼痛程度评分的比较以及其他症状评分进行比较，对结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗组治愈18例(60％)，好转9例(3o％)，未愈3例(10％)，．凶xh"有效率27例(9o％)；对照组治愈1o例(33％)，好转12例(40％)，未愈8例(27％)，总有效率22例(73％)，针刺治疗后未发现不良反应，经Ridit分析，两组间临床疗效比较具有显著性差异(p<0．05)，表明治疗组疗效明

2、显优于对照组。治疗组和对照组在治疗前和治疗后对于疼痛程度、活动程度和压痛程度的评分比较均有显著性差异(p<0．05)，说明2种治疗对疼痛程度、活动程度和压痛程度的改善均有明显疗效；但怕冷程度的评分无显著性差异(p>0．05)，故尚不能认为围刺法对于肩周炎怕冷的症状的改善优于普通针刺组。结论肩周炎是临床的常见病之一，好发年龄在5o岁左右，女性发病率高于男性。本课题紧密结合临床实际，严格应用统计学方法，进行了围刺法治疗肩周炎的临床观察，结果是围刺法治疗肩周炎的疗效比普通针刺法好，对肩周炎临床症状的改善
