2、sthatwithlightweightbuthighstrengtharerequired.Internationalstudyonthestrengthofgeararemainlyinaspectsofoptimizationoftoothshapeandsurfacetreatmentongear,undercertainconditions,whiletheroleofincreasingthebendingfatiguestrengthoftoothislimitedthroughtheoptimizationoftoothshape,a
3、ndtraditionalsurfacetreatmenttechnologiesalsofacesomelimitations,soitmakesgreatimportancetostudythenewsurfacetreatmenttechnologiesthatareapplicableongears.High-currentpulsedelectronbeam(HCPEB)isanewandefficientsurfacemodificationtechnique.Withitshighenergydensityandhighefficien
4、cy,changesofthesurfacestructureareinducedandthepropertiesofthesurfacelayerofmaterialscanbeimproveddirectlyandeffectively.ThisarticleoriginatesfromapartoftheprojectofNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina,“thestudyonprocessandpropertyofsurfaceamorphizedgears”(No.50775229).Thegr
5、indedandnon-grindedoriginalgearsareirradiatedbyHCPEB,andtestofbendingfatiguestrengthoftheoriginalgearsandirradiatedgearsiscarriedoutonhigh-frequencyfatiguetester.ThestudyonaffectofHCPEBtobendingfatigueofgearswithdifferentsurfaceconditionsisdoneinordertoobtainthegearwithlongerli
