5、ngcarburizing,nitriding,carbonitriding,surfacealloying,lasersurfacehardening,thermalsprayingandsurfacetreatmentcompoundtechnologies.High-currentpulsedelectronbeams(HCPEB)isanewkindofsurfacemodificationtechnique,whichpossesseshighefficientandhighenergydensi
6、ty.Thesurfacestructure,propertiesofsurfacelayerofsamplescanbeimproveddirectlyandeffectively.ThisarticlearisesacontentoftheprojectofNationalNaturalScienceFoundationofChina,―thestudyonprocessandpropertyofsurfaceamorphizedgears‖(No.50775229).Theoptimizingproc
7、esswasstudiedthroughthetreatmentofgearmaterialbyusingHCPEB,inordertoobtainthegearswithhighstrengthandductility,improvedwearandcorrosionresistanceandlongerlifespan.Themainworksofthethesisareasfollow:(1)Thenumericalsimulationofthetemperaturefieldintheprocess
