1、·中文论著摘要·正常青年人听性稳态反应阈值的研究目的探索正常青年人，气导听性稳态反应反应阈的特性及其与纯音听阈之间的关系。方法51名受试者(102耳)，年龄18--,26岁，平均22．3岁，男27名，女24名，双耳纯音听阈测试各频率听阈在20dB以内。测试用调制音的参数设置为：载波频率0．5、1、2、4kHz，调制频率分别为左耳77、85、93、101Hz，右耳79、87、95、103Hz，调幅深度100％，调频深度20％。双耳8种不同调制声信号同时给予，从60dB开始，以10dB一档递减。每个强度的测试时间上限设定为9分钟。以95％频率特异性为判定标准，计算机自动记录结果。各

2、载波频率的阈值、每个强度达到正性反应所需要的时间等数据采用SPSS统计软件分析。结果1、听觉稳态反应阈高于纯音听阈16"---22dB。2、左右耳之间反应阈经单因素方差分析，无显著性差异(F=5．452，P=0．062，P>0．05)。3、频率间经单因素方差分析无统计学差异(F_2．004，P=0．117，P>0．05)。4、阈上与阈值时达到正性反应所需的时间经单因素方差分析，二者有显著性差异(F=67．520，P=0．000，P<0．05)。5、当单一强度检测时间设定为7分钟时，ASSR阈值与9分钟时差异很小，而测试时间平均可以节省616s。结论气导听性稳态反应是一个具有频率
