3、on(FGD)discusstheconstituteforchildrenwithcommonmodulesandspecificmodulesofextremitydisabilitychildrenQualityofLifeScale;(2)Theinitialselectionscaleformationstage:collectingexpertadvicequestionnaireaboutvariousamendmentsforthestructureandlanguage,andbuildingthedatabase.ByusingmodifiedDelphimethod

4、andtestingtworoundsoftrial,wecanexaminewhetherthescholarsarepositiveornot,theviewsarethesameornot,andthescholarsharmonyisauthoritativeornot.Thenamendingthestructureandlanguageofscreenedpool,formaqualityoflifeinitialselectionscaleofchildrenwithextremitydisabilities;(3)Theevaluationstagescale:byusi
