1、摘要维护矿区的生态文明建设是矿产资源持续开发的前提，是关系到矿区建设，能源资源开发利用的重要问题，也是关系到矿区居民生产生活、人与自然和谐共生的重要问题。长期以来，我国在进行资源开发的过程中，由于环保意识淡薄，过度注重经济的飞速发展，却忽略了在全力发展经济的同时注重生态文明建设，造成了大量资源能源的浪费，引发了一系列生态破坏的问题，其中矿区也成为生态受损的重灾区。矿区生态文明建设的滞后成为了矿区生态发展甚至是整个生态系统的重大隐患，所以加强矿区的生态文明建设迫在眉睫。本文从确定矿区生态文明的概念入手，通过归纳的方法梳理了现阶段我国关于矿区生态文明建设相关的法律法规和法律制度，

2、并且分析了法律制度存在的问题。通过探讨国外在关于矿区生态文明建设方面的先进经验及对我国的借鉴意义，提出了完善我国矿区生态文明建设的具体建议，以期对我国矿区生态文明建设起到促进作用。关键词：矿区；生态文明；法律制度I万方数据AbstractThemaintenanceofconstructionofecologicalcivilizationintheminingareaisthepreconditionofsustainabledevelopmentofmineralresourcewhichiscloselyrelatedtomineconstruction,develop
