3、mentsofsizedistributionsandshapecharacteristicsofwearparticles,butitsopticalsystemisbasedonthetraditionalopticalimagingtheoriesandCan’tgetparticles3-dimensionalimage.Digitalin-lineholography、航tllnumericalreconstructionhasbeendevelopedintoanewtool,thatro
4、utinelyachievesbothlateralanddepthresolution,atleastatthemicronlevel,inthree—dimensionalimaging.Theexperimentalandnumericalprocedureshave●beenincorporatedintoaprogrampackagewithaveryfastreconstructionalgorithmthatisnowcapableofreal-timereconstruction.Th
5、iscapabilityisdemonstratedfordiverseobjects,suchassuspensionofmicrospheresandparticlessamples.Usingin-linedigitalholographic3-Dimagingtowearparticlemorthologicalanalysis,thedissertationprovidesanewtechnologyonoilmonitoring.Thedevelopedsystemhasthefollow
6、ingfunctionssuchaswearparticlescounting,morphologyauto◆analysis,tribologicalfailureprediction.Theprinciple,thecharacters,andthehardwares,thesoRwareswerepresented.Theexperimentsresultprovedthefeasibilityofsuchtechnology.Atlast,thefollowingworksandsomekey
