1、⑨硕士擘位论文MASTER’STHESIS摘要独立学院是我国高等教育结构中的一种崭新模式，是由上个世纪末随着高校扩招而产生的国有民办“二级学院”演变而来的，是适应我国高等教育大众化发展的产物，在我国高等教育结构中有着独特的地位，呈现出良好的发展前景。在当前教育部实施本科教学质量工程以及独立学院即将迎来教育工作合格评估的新形势下，独立学院的发展正面临着重要的拐点。由于办学时间较短，独立学院在办学实践过程中不可避免地存在着一些问题，其中办学特色问题是关系独立学院生存和可持续发展的关键性问题。为了提升整体的办学实力，不断提高教育教学质量，独立学院必须站在发展战略的高度，采取切实有效的措施优化

2、办学特色。本文主要阐述了独立学院的产生及其在高等教育结构中的重要作用，分析了独立学院在发展过程中存在的主要矛盾和问题，指出了办学特色问题是其中最关键性的问题，同时针对独立学院办学特色实践的现状进行了案例分析和经验教训的概括总结。以此为基础，提出了独立学院优化办学特色的基本策略，既要“埋头拉车”，又要“抬头看路”。首先是制定并实施符合办学定位的发展规划，然后围绕创新人才培养模式的几个重要方面即人才培养方案、专业设置、师资队伍建设、校园文化建设等方面进行展开论述。另外，还分析了影响独立学院办学特色形成的几个重要的外部因素。最后，本文也在目前的研究基础上说明了今后需要迸一步研究的方向。关键词
