1、摘要目的：本课题从中医辩治难治病的临床思维方式出发，以PLGC为范例，以国家自然科学基金项目“胃黏膜异型增生（Dys）虚实关联证候结构特征与血清肿瘤相关物质水平的动态研究（编号：NO30572383）”为基础，以国家自然科学基金项目“基于慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变虚实关联证候辨治的临床疗效评价方法学研究(编号：NO30873266）”为依托，研究中医虚实标本辨治的干预措施对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者生存质量的影响。方法：由《虚实关联证候辨识数据库系统》辨识的120例PLGC患者随机分为治疗组60例、对照组60例。治疗组给予通

2、过虚实标本辨治的处方用药煎剂，对照组在慢性萎缩性胃炎基础用药上服维酶素片，当HP阳性时加用三联疗法，疗程6个月，比较治疗前后的生存质量，客观评价临床疗效。结果：临床研究显示，治疗组与对照组的对患者生存质量的影响比较有显著性差异，在改善慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的生存质量方面，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论：中医虚实标本辨治的干预措施能显著改善慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的生存质量。关键词慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变；中医虚实标本辨治；干预措施；临床研究TraditionalChineseactualsituationspecimen
