2、ntageofprecastassemblytechnologywasexisted——thesizeproblemofprecastslab.Theweightofroadslabandjointprocessingafterassemblingwereinfluencedbythesizeofroadslab.Therefore,thetechnologywasgraduallyimprovedbysolvingthesizeproblemofprecastslab.Inthispaper,startingfromsolvingtheproble
3、m,twosolutionswereputforwardtosolvetheweightofroadslabandjointprocessingafterassembling.Themainresearchcontentsareasfollows:1.Theweightofconcreteslabwasdecreasedbyusinglightweightaggregate(shalehaydite)partialsubstitutionofthecoarseaggregate(gravel).First,thebasicperformanceind
4、icesofshalehayditeweremeasured,andthentheoptimalworkabilityandmechanicalpropertiesofspecifieddensityconcretewasdeterminedbycomparingandselectingdifferentsubstitutionrateofshalehayditeaccordingtotheworkabilityandmechanicalpropertiesofconcrete.Finally,toverifythedegreeofreducingw
5、eightbyusingspecifieddensityconcrete,thedryapparentdensityandapparentdensityofspecifieddensityconcreteweremeasured,andcomparedwithordinaryconcrete.Atthesametime,theabrasionresistance,dryingshrinkagesandfrostresistanceofspecifieddensityconcreteweremeasured,toverifythefeasibility
6、ofspecifieddensityconcreteusedintherapidreparationtechnologyofprecast-assemble.2.Theweightofconcreteslabwasdecreasedandtheconcreteamountwasreducedbyprestresstechnology,inordertoimproveitscarryingcapacity,andcanreduceslabthickness.First,thepreloadingdynamicswasdeterminedonthebas
7、isoftheflexibledesignprinciple,andthenreinforcementdesignforwholeconcretepavementslabwascarriedout.Second,thispaperputforwardanewtensionmethodforthefirsttimeandverifiesitsfeasibilitythroughexperiment.Finally,inordertostudythemechanicalpropertiesofprecastprestressedconcretepavem
