1、含氨基功能基三(2,3---溴丙基)异氰脲酸酯半抗原的合成AbstractPersistentOrganicPollutants(POPs)isakindoftoxicorganiccompoundswhichcanexistintheenvironmentforalongtimeandtransportalongdistanceintheenvironment.Theexistenceofthesecompoundsposesadverseeffecttohumanbeingsandecosystem.Recentadvancesin

2、theresearchofartificialantigenhaveshownthatartificialantigenscanbeavaluableapproachforthetreatmentofsomediseasesaswellasthedetectionofpesticideresidues.Bycouplinghaptenstoanappropriatedcarrier,artificialantigencaninduceanimalstoproducehapten-specificantibody.Basedonthisp

3、rincipleanewanalyticalmethod,immunologicalanalysishasbeenrecentlydeveloped.Comparedtotheconventionalanalyticaltechnologies,suchaschromatographicmethods,thismethodoffersanalternativewithhighspecificity'sensitivityfortheanalysisofalargenumberofsamplesinashorttime.Tris(2,3-

4、dibromopropyl)isocyanurate(TBC)isaheterocyclichexabrominatedadditiveflameretardantthatpossessthetypicalcharacteristicsofpersistentorganicpollutants(POPs),whichisresistanttophotodegradation,durable,andthermallystableandhasadverseeffecttotheecosystemsandhumanhealth.TBCisas

5、mallorganiccompoundwhichisnon—immunogenic.Hence,itisnecessarytodesignappropriatechemicalstructuresthatcanbecovalentlycoupledtoacarrierprotein.Inordertofindthehaptenstructuresandactivityrelationshipofthefinalantibody,wearecommittedtothefollowingtworesearches:Firstly,inter

6、mediatecompound3wassynthesizedviaIntra-rearrangementreactionandtheyiledwasoptimizedto69%,thenthefirstseriesofhaptenswitharomaticfunctiongroupforTBChavebeensuccessfullyobtainedviaWilliamensonetherreaction,Nucleophilicsubstitutionreaction,Bromination,Gabrielreaction,Reduct

7、ivereaction.Thereasonforintroducingaminetothestructureisthatitcouldreactwithcarboxylicgroupoftheproteincarriertoformpeptidebond.WedesignedfourhaptensforTBCwithdifferentlengthofalkylchainsinordertofindhowthelengthofspacerarmsinfluencetheconjugationofgeneratingantigensandt
