1、摘要供应链管理是当今管理领域的热门话题，21世纪的竞争将不再是企业与企业之间的竞争，而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。分销商的选择评价影响着整条供应链的综合能力，因此成为供应链构建过程中非常重要的一个环节。本文分析了国内外选择评价分销商的研究成果，并深入企业进行实证调研，旨在为供应链管理中选择评价分销商提供有益的指导。首先，本文介绍了供应链中选择评价分销商的基本理论。其次，本文根据供应链中选择评价分销商的特点，制定了分销商选择评价指标体系的设计原则和选择方法，并根据这些设计原则和选择方法，从分销商的内部业务能力
