3、整体的运作水平有重大影响。为了提高管理效率和服务水平，增强供应链的整体竞争力，就需要选择合适的供应商，并把它纳入到供应链中来，共享利益，共担风险。本文在总结相关研究的基础上，构建了供应商评价指标体系，并结合AHP与熵值法计算各个指标的权重，在此基础上应用改进的TOPSIS法建立了评价选择模型，给出了供应商选择的具体步骤及应用流程。此外本文还通过H汽车公司案例分析，阐述了本文所提出的供应商综合评价选择方法的有效性和可行性。关键词供应链管理供应商选择评价指标体系改进的TOPSIS模型IAbstractAbstractWitht
