6、Verification：SingleSign—On2电力行业企业协同门户的构建第一章引言电力行业企业在过去几十年的信息系统建设上取得了相当的成效，大量应用系统的投入，对贯工的日常工作带来了巨大的变化。信息数据更新传播的及时性、应用数据报表自动生成、办公无纸化等等都大大提高了用户工作的效率、缩减了企业的开支，但是在过去的信息建设过程中却也带来了诸多的问题。1．1电力行业企业信息化建设现状目前几乎所有的电力企业内都已经成熟地部署大量应用程序，如生产管理、用电营销、电网调度、邮件系统、公文流转、人力资源等等。这些应用系统随着企业信息化建设道路而逐步使用，有些系统应用较早

7、也比较成熟，有些系统则刚刚投入应用。这些业务系统间彼此孤立，数据分散，造成的许多信息孤岛；企业资源(人、财、物、信息、流程)之间存在着各种壁垒和边界分散，无法为共同的目标而进行协调的运作。因此需要建立一个面向业务应用的、全面和集成的Web信息平台及员工日常办公平台。对外面向企业所在的整个供应链，对内面向各级领导与员工，在前台表现为业务应用的操作入口和集成展现的信息平台，在后台提供应用接入、单点登录、工作流管理与集成、内容管理等核心服务，图1．1是电力企业门户建设的价值与意义。门户系统通过对界面表现层的标准化，使不同的IT系统能够在同一个平台上得到统一展现，把互不
