2、esmellitus(T2DM)andtoimprovethequalityoflifeinpatientswithT2DMthroughgrouphealtheducationamongallthepatientsandquantizeddietaryinterventioninindividual.MethodsRandomlysampledfourcommunitiesamong48communitiesinYinchuancity.25volunteerswithT2DMwereselectedineverycommunity.Atotal

3、of100patientswererandomlyallocatedintothecontrolgroupandtheinterventiongrouponthebaseofcommunity.ThenutritionstatusofsubjectswasinvestigatedbyFoodFrequencyQuestionnaire,andfastingplasmaglucose(FPG)andHbAlcweretested.Allthesubjectsreceivedhealtheducationanddietarycounselingboth

4、incontrolgroupandtheinterventiongroupwithin3months.Additionallythesubjectsintheinterventiongroupreceivedindividualizedhealtheducationandquantizeddietarycounselingfromcommunitydoctorswhoweretrainedduringtheperiodofintervention.Results(1)Theintakeoftotalenergy(men,2215kcalvs.190
