1、基于RBV理论的企业IT能力评价研究被影响度、原因度和中心度。从影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度四个不同的维度对指标进行分析，综合筛选得到企业IT能力的评价指标体系。本文采用蜘蛛图法建立企业IT能力评价模型。评价研究的步骤是采用改良后的层次分析法得出各层级指标的权重，选用指数函数对定性和定量指标值进行标准化并得到指标值，根据权重和指标值绘制饼图和蜘蛛图，根据蜘蛛图中各扇形面积的大小衡量各个IT分支能力的强弱。本文根据所建立的IT能力评价指标体系对江苏省A企业的IT能力进行评价，评价结果显示A企业IT能力处在信息化的中等偏下水平，存在较大的改进上升空间。根据评价数据建议A企业通过升级优化IT基
