1、华中农业大学2009届硕士论文3.机制针形名优绿茶新工艺基本的工艺流程:杀青一揉捻一初干一做形一固形一干燥一提香。杀青:在6CSZ一150型汽热杀青机中进行,蒸青温度150℃一165℃,叶层厚度Icm左右,时间255畔05;脱水温度145℃左右,脱水时间为1分47秒一2分24秒。揉捻:揉捻机中进行,以6CR一40型揉捻机为例,投叶量1okg~13kg左右时间30min左右,加压方式轻一重一轻。初干:在6CH一4型连续烘干机中进行,温度100℃一120℃,初干叶含水量45%~50%。做形:在6CZZ一600型针形名茶做形机中进行,温度90℃一110℃,投叶量1009/槽一1509/槽,转速18
