2、onaverage.38kindsofpa:ttemswere‘discoveredindifferentprovincesandtheother418pattemsbelongedtotheuniquepat£emofeachprovince.Therewere63kindsofpatternsdiscoveredindifferentyearsandtheother393patternsbelongedtotheuniquepa:ttemofeveryyear.Numbersofcloneswithsignificantdiff

3、erencewereexistedindifferentareasandappearedatdifferenttime.Theseresultssuggestedthat&typhistrainsisolatedinChinahadalargevariability.However,thesamepaRemdiscoveredinvariousyearsindicatedthat&typhistrainswererelativelystableincontinualvariation.Thisdatabasehaspotential

4、notonlytoconnectandsharedatawithinternationallaboratorysurveillancenet,butalsotoanalyzeChinatyphoidfeversurveillanceandtoserveforinternationaltyphoidfeverprewamingandemergencyreaction.TheincidencerateofS.paratyphiAWaslow,between0.4per100thousandand3.7per100thousand,and
