1、基于跨国经营的民营企业融资方式研究1摘要随着世界经济全球化步伐加快和中国综合国力的不断增强，越来越多的民营企业走出国门，进行跨国经营。但是，实施跨国经营战略需要雄厚的资金实力做支撑。而目前我国民营企业进行跨国经营时普遍会遇到“资金瓶颈”问题，该问题已经严重制约了我国民营企业跨国经营的发展。为了满足跨国经营对资金的迫切需求，民营企业必须着眼于国内外资本市场进行融资。在融资过程中，面对众多的融资方式，如何合理选择有效的融资方式以提高融资效率对民营企业跨国经营的发展来说至关重要。本文基于以上背景，从跨国经营角度出发，对民营企业可获得的各种融资方式进行了研究，建立了融

2、资方式体系；综合考虑影响民营企业融资方式选择的各种因素，设计出融资能力和融资效率评价指标体系，并运用多因素模糊综合评价法(FCE)和层次分析法(AHP)，构建了融资效率和融资能力评价模型，提出民营企业在跨国经营背景下如何确定各种融资方式的选择顺序，为我国跨国经营的民营企业在融资过程中根据实际情况来选择最佳融资方式提供了一定的理论指导；最后指出了本文的观点以及对后续研究进行展望。关键词：民营企业跨国经营融资方式融资效率融资能力课题来源：民营企业跨国经营信息系统的研究(编号；06-135110-432279)，安徽省单位委托项目．TheStudyofPrivate
