1、万方数据沈阳大学硕士学位论文摘要近年来，我国信息技术行业增长平稳，结构进行了优化，规模持续扩大，竞争实力得到提升，研发能力得到增强，已成为国民经济重要的支撑力量。任何行业的发展过程中都会遇到融资困难问题，信息技术行业的发展也不例外。所不同的是，信息技术行业的研发投入很多，人力物力财力投入更大，投资周期较长、风险较高。本文拟对上市信息技术企业目前融资情况及其影响因素进行分析，得出结论，为企业将来融资提供建议。本文共分六部分。首先介绍选题背景和意义，梳理归纳国内外的研究现状；然后介绍企业融资的相关理论，

2、为后文的研究做理论准备；之后对信息技术行业发展现状和上市信息技术企业的融资现状进行分析，找到影响信息技术企业融资的宏观和微观因素。在此基础上运用多元线性回归对影响上市信息技术企业融资的因素进行实证检验。在实证基础上，提出提高上市信息技术企业融资能力的对策和建议。最后对全文进行总结。本文实证结果得出：上市信息技术企业的盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力与企业融资能力呈正相关：企业规模与融资能力呈负相关；利率、通货膨胀、偿债能力与融资能力不相关。从而提出提升盈利能力和营运能力等方面来提高上市信息技术企业融资能
