1、宁夏电信电子运维系统的设计与实现摘要现在，电信运营商正面临着许多挑战和机遇，客户和业务同趋丰富和多样化，导致运营商的业务系统和管理系统不断增加和同趋复杂。新的技术、新的运营竞争环境使得电信运营商对运行维护效率、维护水平、维护成本控制提出了更高的要求，运行维护要从面向设备、网络转变为面向市场、业务，实行对网络全专业的整合。根据中国电信集团公司提出的实现运维工作电子化的管理要求，宁夏电信公司结合自身的实际情况提出了实施本地网综合化集中维护的总体目标，确定建设省集中运维管理模式的电子运维系统，为公司运维保障工作提供高效、流畅的服务，逐步实现设备、人力、信息等各类

2、资源的高效配置，使运行维护管理标准化、规范化，加强对市场和业务的支撑作用。本文讨论了基于普元工作流平台(PrimetonEOSWorkflow)采用J2EE系统构架的电子运维系统的设计开发过程，主要工作包括三个方面：一)论述了宁夏电信运维工作的现状及电子运维系统设计开发的背景；对应系统的需求进行了详细的分析；介绍论证了相关开发平台和技术；评估了系统所需的系统配置及性能要求。二)论述了电子运维系统的详细设计(包括主要类及核心表表的设计)、接口分析及具体应用开发实例。三)列举了系统主要应用的相关界面。关键词：电子运维，普元工作流，J2EE，EOS，XMLVVI
