2、cedcountriesandourcountry,suchasfewernumberoffitnessbrands,unevengeographicaldistributionofthebrand,homogeneity,lowbrandloyaltystructureetc.Alterdecadesofrapiddevelopment,fiercecompetitionshavebecomepopularbetweenfitnessclubsinChina.Soitisveryimportantforfitnessclubstoretaintheircurrentcustomers,imp

3、rovecustomers’royalty,whichisthemainpurposeofthestrategyofCRM(CustomerRelationshipManagement).However,tilltheendof1999,CRMhasjustbeenconcernedbyseveralinvestors,nmiveandforeignsoftwarecompaniesandpeoplefromITindustry,applicationindustry.CRMapplicationshasjuststartedinthefitnessindustryandduetohealth
