3、ichindicatestheirefficiencyofscaleaboutR&Dispoor.ItisfoundthereisapositivecorrelationbetweenR&Defficiencyandlow-carbonproductivityaswell.(3)Throughclusteringthesamplesinmanufacturingsector,itisfoundthatmostofthemarecharacterizedbylowcarbonemission,lowvalueaddedofindustry,lowlow-car
