2、informationizationandagriculturalmodernization,thepaperanalyzesthecurrentdevelopmentsituationsaswellastheproblemsofChina’s"fourmodernizations".Then,accordingtothebasicprinciplesofresearchobject,thepaperbuildsanindexsystemofthe"fourmodernizations"andcouplingmodelofcoordinateddevelo
3、pment,calculatestheratesandcoordinateddevelopmentdegreesofChina’surbanization,industrialization,informationizationandagriculturalmodernizationbetween1999and2012.Finally,basedonthefindingsofcomprehensiveverticalandhorizontalanalysis,effectivepolicymethodsareputforward.Themainconclu
4、sionsareasfollows.1.Fromthedynamicpointofview,thedevelopmentlevelsofChina'surbanization,industrialization,informationizationandagriculturalmodernizationfrom1999to2012havebeenmaintainingarisingtrend,buttheirincreasingratesdiffer.Theincreaseofindustrializationdevelopmentrateisthemos
5、tobvious.Thegrowthrateoftheinformatizationdevelopmentindexwassteadyatfirst,butthenitslowsdown.Differenttotheothers,thedevelopmentindexofagriculturalmodernizationincreasesthemostslowly,whichindicatesthattheagriculturalmodernizationhasbeenbecomingtheapparentlag.2.Thetimeseriesfrom19
6、99—2012canbedividedintodisorderrecessionstage,transitionstageandcoordinateddevelopmentstage.Characterizedby“industrializationlag”,thedisorderrecessionstagehadfacedlowdevelopmentdegreesandcoordinateddevelopmentdegrees.Theindustrializationlagcontinuedinthetransitionstage,buttheproce
7、ssofurbanizationandinformatizationdevelopmentbegantoaccelerate.Inthecoordinateddevelopmentstage,“industrializationlag”haschangedinto“agriculturalmodernizationlag”.3.Thereissignificantregionaldisparitybetweenthedevelopmentdegreesandcoordinateddevelopmentdegreesofurbanization,indust
