1、“一带一路”背景下ST公司战略转型研究摘要本文首先介绍了ST公司的所处的外部环境,包括全球宏观经济现状、钢铁行业发展情况、“一带一路”政策等,并使用波特五力分析模型,从公司的潜在进入者的威胁、供应商议价能力、购买者的议价能力、替代品的威胁和现存竞争者具体分析了ST公司的市场竞争环境。其次从按照组织结构、人力资源、财务状况、市场营销能力、企业文化分析几个方面对ST的内部环境进行了分析。之后,使用SWOT矩阵结合QSPM矩阵,得出了ST需要做的转型战略,就是借力“一带一路”政策,结合中国的钢铁行业调整机会,利用中国这一优势资源加上“
