1、复旦大学硕士学位论文当前我国贫富分化问题及其对策研究姓名：沈利亚申请学位级别：硕士专业：MPA指导教师：臧志军20040507摘要中国正处在由传统计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型的过程中，经济结构、制度安排等方面正处在急剧变动的时期，居民收入差距扩大的内在张力较大。从目前看，体制转轨、结构转型、市场机制作用所导致的收入差距仍将会趋于扩大，因为它们的收入分化作用还未发挥充分，特别是加入WTO后，我国面临贫富差距扩大的压力更大。另一方面，当前中国社会广泛存在着权力寻租等腐败现象和垄断等不平等竞争，其导致的贫富分化在社会上有很大的负面作用，引起了社会民众极大的不满心理。因此，政
2、府需要采取有效措施，消除腐败，抑制不平等竞争，加大对个人收入分配的调节力度，扭转贫富差距进一步拉大的趋势。本文研究了中国贫富分化现状，分析了当前城镇居民的贫富状况，当前城镇居民的贫富群体和我国贫富差距变化趋势，总结了我国现阶段贫富分化的主要特征(第一章)。进一步对造成贫富分化问题从政策方面寻找原因(第二章)，并提出了应对我国贫富分化问题的政策思考及建议。文章指出，治理贫富分化问题的关键是政府的作为和政策导向。关键词:贫富分化，差距、政策ABSTRACTChinaisbeingplacedinfromthelowincomenationfaceinsideetc.inco
