1、对外经济贸易大学硕士学位论文建筑施工企业安全管理研究姓名：冯禄海申请学位级别：硕士专业：高级管理人员工商管理指导教师：郝旭光20071001摘要建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，其行业属于劳动密集性行业。由于建筑企业具有产品固定，人员流动大、立体交叉作业多等特点，施工中存在危险性大，工作条件差、不安全因素多，预防难度大等多方面原因，导致建筑施工安全事故频繁发生。这就极大地影响了建筑施工企业的发展和国民经济的发展。我国建筑施工企业必须高度重视安全管理。本文从介绍建筑施工企业的安全管理概况入手，分析了建筑施工企业的安全管理的现状及存在的问题，提出了符合现代施工企业

2、安全管理的有效措施，并且从政府、企业、施工作业人员等多方面原因进行了阐述。提出了一些改善我国建筑施工企业安全管理的建议和方法，明确提出倡导安全管理是“社会共同责任”的理念。根据作者多年工作中积累的施工管理经验，论文分析了影响安全管理工作的因素，并借鉴国内外的先进经验，提出了安全管理工作应从政府方面、建筑施工企业及施工现场作业人员三个层次来综合提高安全管理水平，以期强化和完善建筑行业的安全管理工作a关键词：建筑，施工企业，安全管理1飞econsWactionindustryisapillarindustryofChinasnationaleconomyoneofi
