1、我国开发性金融支持科技型中小企业发展研究摘要我国自改革开放以来，一大批科技型中小企业得到迅速发展和壮大，这些企业机制灵活，市场适应性好，科技含量高，尤其是在技术创新的效率和活力方面有着独特的优势，己经成为我国科技成果转化、实现技术创新的重要载体，成为促进我国经济稳定快速增长的重要支撑。科技型中小企业在发展过程中，面临各种各样的困难。其中对科技型中小企业生存发展最为紧要的是资金问题。资金不足已经严重制约了我国科技型中小企业的健康发展。目前在我国，利用开发性金融支持科技型中小企业仍处于探索阶段，难免存在问题，应采取创新的措施促进

2、其发展。本文从开发性金融的角度，结合我国科技型中小企业的融资现状，将国家及政府组织增信作为信贷约束条件，探索通过市场机制谋求构筑政府、企业、银行和市场四位一体的融资平台及“两台一会"的贷款模式，试图降低银行所面临的信用风险和科技型中小企业所面临的融资门槛，促使金融交易顺利进行，从而为我国科技型中小企业可持续发展创造良好的融资环境。关键词：开发性金融科技型中小企业政府增信贷款模式担保信用风险ARESEARCHONDOⅣ匝STICDEVELOPM匝NTFINANCESUPPORTINGSMAI，LANDⅣ匝DIUM．SIZEDE
