2、PP年12月1日拟定。WHEREAS:MG国际wishestoemployMr.JermainandMr.JermainwishestobeemployedbyMG国际astheDirectorofInternationalSchoolsinGuangzhou,Guangdong,PRConthetermsandconditionssetoutbelow.MG国际同意聘请Mr.Jermain且Mr.Jermain愿意受聘于MG国际作为MG国际教育集团有限公司国际学校的校长/总监并接受以下条款内容。（学校在中国GD省GZ市）1

3、.Employment聘用1.1Term期限MG国际herebyemploysMr.JermainastheDirectorofInternationalSchools(hereincalledtheDirector)foratermoftwoyears,commencingonthedayofDecember1,20PPuptoandincludingthelastdayofNovember20PP(the“Term”).MG国际聘请Mr.Jermain为MG国际教育集团有限公司国际学校的校长/总监，聘用期限为两年，时间为

4、20PP年12月1日至20PP年11月30日1.2ExtensionofTerm协议期限延长PriortooruponcompletionoftheTermofthiscontract,Ms.HuangpuandMr.Jermainunderstandthatbothpartieswishtoembarkinapartnershipagreement.TheendeavorofthepartnershipistoestablishanEnglish/ChineseK-12InternationalSchool,withint

5、heProvinceofAlberta,Canada.【优品合同】知名大型国际学校外籍校长（校长/总监）工作合同-中英对译版在此协议完成前或完成时，皇浦女士与Mr.Jermain双方都理解希望建立合作伙伴的关系，致力于建立加拿大艾伯特省认证的，涵盖幼儿园至高中的国际学校1.3Director’sDuties校长/总监职责TheDirector(Mr.Jermain)shallprovidetoMG国际hisservicesasdescribedintheConditionsofEmploymentaslistedinthea

6、ttached.Mr.JermainwillbedirectlyaccountabletoandreportdirectlytoMs.Huangpu.HewillprovideadditionalservicesasmayfromtimetotimebeidentifiedbyMs.Huangpu.(TheServices)校长/总监应为MG国际履行附件聘用条件文件中所描述的条款内容。校长/总监直属皇浦女士，直接向皇浦女士汇报工作，并根据皇浦女士的指示完成其他指定的任务SubjecttoperformanceoftheSer

7、vicesandthetermsofthisagreement,theDirectorshallbeentitledtoreceivecompensationdirectlyfromMG国际inaccordancewithClause2ofthisagreement.根据条款的执行情况，校长/总监有权获得MG国际支付的条款2所涉及的薪资。2.Compensation薪资2.1CalculationofBasicCompensation基本薪资TheDirectorshallbeentitledtoabasiccompensa
