2、EREAS:TB国际wishestoemployMr.JermainandMr.JermainwishestobeemployedbyTB国际astheDirectorofInternationalSchoolsinGuangzhou,Guangdong,PRConthetermsandconditionssetoutbelow.TB国际同意聘请Mr.Jermain且Mr.Jermain愿意受聘于TB国际作为TB国际教育集团有限公司国际学校的校长/总监并接受以下条款内容。（学校在中国GD省GZ市）1.Employment聘用1.1Term期限TB国际h

3、erebyemploysMr.JermainastheDirectorofInternationalSchools(hereincalledtheDirector)foratermoftwoyears,commencingonthedayofDecember1,20PPuptoandincludingthelastdayofNovember20PP(the“Term”).TB国际聘请Mr.Jermain为TB国际教育集团有限公司国际学校的校长/总监，聘用期限为两年，时间为20PP年12月1日至20PP年11月30日1.2ExtensionofTerm协

5、withintheProvinceofAlberta,Canada.在此协议完成前或完成时，皇浦女士与Mr.Jermain双方都理解希望建立合作伙伴的关系，致力于建立加拿大艾伯特省认证的，涵盖幼儿园至高中的国际学校1.3Director’sDuties校长/总监职责TheDirector(Mr.Jermain)shallprovidetoTB国际hisservicesasdescribedintheConditionsofEmploymentaslistedintheattached.Mr.Jermainwillbedirectlyaccountabl

6、etoandreportdirectlytoMs.Huangpu.HewillprovideadditionalservicesasmayfromtimetotimebeidentifiedbyMs.Huangpu.(TheServices)校长/总监应为TB国际履行附件聘用条件文件中所描述的条款内容。校长/总监直属皇浦女士，直接向皇浦女士汇报工作，并根据皇浦女士的指示完成其他指定的任务SubjecttoperformanceoftheServicesandthetermsofthisagreement,theDirectorshallbeentitl
