1、我国国企整体上市模式的比较研究——?基于财务视角的分析通过本文对整体上市的改革演变发展过程和各种模式运作机制机理以及钢铁行业财务指标的分析，表明了整体上市是在我国证券市场特定制度和政策环境及其变迁下产生和发展起来的，它的出现为资本市场的金融创新提供了可能性，为上市公司资产重组提供了一种创新的思路。但是随着我国经济发展和改革之路的进一步深入，整体上市作为中国资本市场的新生物，不仅还在适应环境而提高自身的过程中，同时环境也在逐步接收它适应它的过程之中，这必然会有一系列问题发生，笔者分别从企业自身和政府监管方面提出
