4、fectiveinformation.Thisapplicationisaninterdisciplinaryandprosperouseffort.ThemainissueresearchedinthispaperistopredictthesecondarystructurebyusingAssociationanalysisofdatamining.Weattempttoanalyzeprotein’saminoacidsequencesandtheirsecondarystructuresfromthedataprovi
5、dedbyproteindatabase,andtofindassociationrulebyusingimprovedApriorialgorithm.Thenweattempttoforecastprotein’ssecondarystructurebyusingminedaggregateofassociationrule.Eventually,weestablishedaprotein’ssecondarystructurepredictionsystembasedontheresearch.Ourexperimenth
