4、rdisciplinaryandprosperouseffort.ThemainissueresearchedinthispaperistopredictthesecondarystructurebyusingAssociationanalysisofdatamining.Weattempttoanalyzeprotein’saminoacidsequencesandtheirsecondarystructuresfromthedataprovidedbyproteindatabase,andtofindassociationrulebyusingimpr
5、ovedApriorialgorithm.Thenweattempttoforecastprotein’ssecondarystructurebyusingminedaggregateofassociationrule.Eventually,weestablishedaprotein’ssecondarystructurepredictionsystembasedontheresearch.Ourexperimenthasprovedthismethodisaccurateandeffective.Keywords:bioinformatics,prote
