2、nnovationperformance,butalsotoachieveprotectionoftheregion'srapideconomicsustainabledevelopment.Regionalenvironmentalandtechnologicalinnovationcapabilityofenterprisescomplementeachother.Goodregionalinnovationenvironmentcanintegrateinnovationresources,enhanceinnovationcapacity;enhanceinnovatio
3、ncapabilityisalsoconducivetothefurtherimprovementofregionalinnovationenvironment.Regionalenvironmentwillaffectregionaltechnologicalinnovationperformancehasreachedaconsensusonthetheory,butthemicroscopicmechanismofitslackoftechnologicalinnovationin-depthunderstanding,whichisthestudyofregionalin
4、novationproblemisundoubtedlyabottleneck.Firstly,fromtheperspectiveoftheregion,theregionaldimensionoftheenvironmentdivision,wereelaboratedinfrastructure,marketenvironment,humanenvironment,theimpactofinnovationresourcesandtheenvironmentaswellasintheory,policyandlegalenvironmentforenterprisetech
