3、stingresearchofCLEgenefamilyinseveralmodelplants,likeArabidopsisthalianaandOryzasativa,littleisknownaboutCLEpolypeptidegenefamilyinthemodelplantofxylophytalikepoplarandthemodelplantofsarcocarpplantliketomato.Withthemodelplants,poplarandtomato,astherese
4、archobject,thisstudyusesallofthe32CLEgenesofArabidopsisthalianaforgeneretrievalandmininginthephytozomev10.1database,getting50poplarCLEcandidategenes(PtCLE)and15tomatoCLEcandidategenes(SlCLE)intheend.Thenusingbioinformaticsmethods,theCLEgenesofpoplarand
5、tomatoareconductedwithphysicalandchemicalpropertiesanalysis,predictionofsignalpeptide,genestructureanalysis,chromosomelocation,multiplesequencealignment,theconstructionofphylogenetictreebasedontheproteinsequenceandCLE12peptide,thesearchoftheupstreamreg
6、ulationareacis-actingelement,aswellasthedrawingofexpressionheatmap,etc.Inthepoplar,itpicksoutthreepoplarCLEgenesbeinghomologouswithAtCLV3andsixpoplarCLEgenesbeinghomologouswithAtCLE41/44toconstructtheexpressionvectorsfortheninePtCLEgenes,verifyingtheex
