1、Reportfromthe“Field”:StudiesintheMultiple-factorAppraisalofPrimarySchoolStudentsAbstractStudents‟qualityassessment,especiallytheappraisalinit,hasalwaysbeenthefocusofthesocietyandthecoresubjectinteachingreform.InChina,proposedbyChairmanMaoandpromotedbyrelativedepa
2、rtments,theselectionof“Three-GoodStudents”begantospreadalloverthecountryatthebeginningof1950s.Asisknowntoall,thesystemof“Three-GoodStudents”selectionhasenduredmorethan50yearssinceitsbirth,untilpeoplecallforitsabolitionnowadays.Forhalfacentury,thisselectionhasexer
3、tedaprofoundimpactonthedevelopmentofChina‟seducationandthestudentsaswell,anditisstill“goingon”atpresent.Itisundeniablethatthissystemofselectionhaspromotedtheimplementationofoureducationalpoliciestoacertainextent.Thetraditionalassessmentsystem,however,failtoreflec
4、ttherealsituationofthestudents,andunfavorableforencouragingthedevelopmentofthemodernstudents.Thismeansthattheappraisalofstudentsisatthesametimeanoverall“oldanddifficultproblem”andaparticularproblemof“goingalongtheoldroadinapairofnewshoes”.Toourdisappointment,nove
5、landpracticalmethodswhichreally“encourage”thedevelopmentofthestudentsareseldomproposed,andthisisnotinagreementwithourcurrentsituationofeducationreform.Whatadvantagesanddisadvantagesdoesthe“Three-GoodStudent”selectionsystemhave?Howtomakeagooduseoftheadvantagesofth
