2、tments,theselectionof“Three-GoodStudents”begantospreadalloverthecountryatthebeginningof1950s.Asisknowntoall,thesystemof“Three-GoodStudents”selectionhasenduredmorethan50yearssinceitsbirth,untilpeoplecallforitsabolitionnowadays.Forhalfacentury,thisselectionhasexertedaprofo
3、undimpactonthedevelopmentofChina‟seducationandthestudentsaswell,anditisstill“goingon”atpresent.Itisundeniablethatthissystemofselectionhaspromotedtheimplementationofoureducationalpoliciestoacertainextent.Thetraditionalassessmentsystem,however,failtoreflecttherealsituation
4、ofthestudents,andunfavorableforencouragingthedevelopmentofthemodernstudents.Thismeansthattheappraisalofstudentsisatthesametimeanoverall“oldanddifficultproblem”andaparticularproblemof“goingalongtheoldroadinapairofnewshoes”.Toourdisappointment,novelandpracticalmethodswhich
5、really“encourage”thedevelopmentofthestudentsareseldomproposed,andthisisnotinagreementwithourcurrentsituationofeducationreform.Whatadvantagesanddisadvantagesdoesthe“Three-GoodStudent”selectionsystemhave?Howtomakeagooduseoftheadvantagesofthisselection?Howtomakeappraisalswi
