3、talcrash,andtestthevalidityoftheFEMmodelbyrealCarcollision.Forthedummyheadinjuryistoohighincollisiontest,thestructureoptimizationandmaterialthicknessmatchingoptimizationwereproposedaboutthefrontendofthevehicle.(1)Buildthevehicle’Sfiniteelementmodeloffullfrontalc

4、rashinthepre—processingsoftwareHyperMesh,andelaboratethemodelingprocess.ThenthefmishedfmiteelementmodelWasoutputwithaformatofKfileandcalculatedbyimpactsimulationsoftwareLS-DYNA.(2)Analyzethecrashsimulationresultsfromthecollisionenergyabsorption,impactdeformation

5、,keypointsintrusion,doordeformationandunderB—pillaraccelerationcurve,respectively,inthepre-processingsoftwareHyperView.Andcombinetheanalysisresultsandthestateofmotionresearchondummyinrealvehiclecollision,provethattheaccelerationpeakvaluehasadirecteffectondummy’S

6、injury.Theresultprovidesareferenceforproposingthepost—optimizationscheme.(3)ProposefourdifferentstructureoptimizationmeasuresanduseLS—DYNAsimulationanalysis.Evaluatetheanalysisresultsfromthewholevehicleandfrontlongitudinaldeformation,thesteeringcolumnanddashpane
