1、浙江人学硕l:学位论文中文摘蛰Beyond冷光美自治疗对活髓牙釉质表面超微结构影响的研究浙江大学医学院口腔医学系硕士研究生伊燕军导师傅柏平中文摘要目的:本实验主要通过扫描电镜观察研究Beyond冷光美自治疗对活髓牙釉质表面超微结构的影响。方法:选择同期因要求牙齿美白就诊的三位年轻患者(患者年龄分别为25周岁,26周岁,33周岁),牙齿均为内源性着色,牙髓活力正常。其前牙无牙面缺损或修复。在知情同意情况下,以三位患者上颌前牙为研究对象,分别在冷光美白治疗前,治疗后即刻以及治疗后三个月分别用硅橡胶取上颌前牙印模,环氧树脂复模,并用扫描电镜观察冷光美白治疗对牙釉质超微结
2、构的影响。结果:扫描电镜下发现冷光美自治疗后即刻和三个月牙釉质表面超微结构出现浅表蚀刻样或微孔状等轻微脱矿改变。卡方检验表明冷光美白治疗后即刻和治疗后三个月的牙釉质表面超微结构与冷光美白治疗前相比,均存在有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后三个月与治疗后即刻相比,牙釉质表面浅表蚀刻样或轻微脱矿有所改善,但还是存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:冷光美白治疗对牙釉质具有轻微脱矿作用,导致牙釉质表面超微结构的改变。这种超微结构改变在体内唾液环境下可以随着时间推移逐渐再矿化而减轻。关键词:冷光美白;牙釉质;扫描电镜;超微结构浙江人学硕l:学位论文英文摘要TheEffe
