1、内容摘要随着我国工业化进程的推进，经济社会全面进入转型期。转型期的一个突出表现就是劳动者对休假的需求发生了根本的变化，休假的重要性越发显得重要。在这样的环境之下，对休假制度的改革势在必行，对我国休假制度历史的回顾、变迁的总结和发展的预测具有现实意义。文章从规范概念入手，区别了休息、闲暇、休闲和休假几个相关概念，归纳了休假的家庭、消费和发展三大功能，定义了包括七个主要内容休假制度的范围；文章第二步从多个学科领域的角度总结了休假相关的各种基础理论，特别是家庭理论、劳动供给理论经济学理论；第三步回顾和归纳了中国和世界各国各地区休假制度的发展历史和现状；通过基础

2、理论和经验数据，构建了以休假日总长和休假集中度为纬度的最优休假制度空间，论证了我国特殊休假制度演变的必要性、问题和创新的办法；文章最后提出了符合中国国情的休假制度的阶段性发展方向，即以“黄金周”为过渡制度，在休假日总长、集中度和演变轨迹上进行创新，在一个比较长的时期内逐步过渡到以带薪休假为主体的休假制度。在这个过渡时期内，可以仿效香港地区、日本、美国等国家和地区的经验，结合中国国情和社会经济发展现状，创新各类休假制度。[关键词]休假，休假制度，带薪假期ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofourcountry'sindustrializ
