1、华北电力大学硕士学位论文AbstractWiththedevelopmentofmodernindustry,theprocessofproductionismoreandmorelargeandcomplex,theoperatingpointvarieswidely,whichmakesitdificulttobuildmodels.Data-drivenasatechniquethatdoesn’trequiretheobjectmodel,andonlyrequiresI/Odatatocompletecontrol
2、lerdesignhasbecomeahotresearch.Inthispaper,weusetheI/OdataofthesystemdirectlytooptimizethePIDparametersonlinefornonlinearsystem.Firsly,weuseK-NN(K-NearestNeighor)algorithmtoelectinformationfromthesystemdatabasethatmatchesthecurrentsystemstatus,andthenusingthelinear
3、weightedaveragemethodtoobtainthePIDparameters.Onthebasis,accordingtotheoptimizationcriterionfunction,itachievesthePIDparametersadjustmentonlineandgivesouttherelevantdatabaseupdateprinciple.Throughseveralnonlinearsystemsimulationexperiments,itconformestheeffectivene
4、ssoftheoptimizationalgorithm.Secondly,theproposedmethodisappliedtothesuperheatedsteamtemperaturecontrolsystem.RespectivelyusingMatlab/SignalConstrainttoolboxandtheproposedmethodtooptimizeparamtersofflineoronlineforthesuperheatedsteamtemperaturesystemcontrollerunder
5、differentload.AndthenwegettheoptimizedvaluesobtainedbythetwomethodsasthePIDcontrollerparametersandconductstepdisturbancetest,theresultscofirmtheeffectivenessoftheproposedalgorithmfurther.Thenwetakearobustnesstestfor75%loadofthesystem,andtheresultshowsthatithascerta
