1、-------华北电力大学硕士学位论文AbstractWiththedevelopmentofmodernindustry,theprocessofproductionismoreandmorelargeandcomplex,theoperatingpointvarieswidely,whichmakesitdificulttobuildmodels.Data-drivenasatechniquethatdoesn’trequiretheobjectmodel,andonlyrequiresI/Odatatocompletecontrollerde
2、signhasbecomeahotresearch.Inthispaper,weusetheI/OdataofthesystemdirectlytooptimizethePIDparametersonlinefornonlinearsystem.Firsly,weuseK-NN(K-NearestNeighor)algorithmtoelectinformationfromthesystemdatabasethatmatchesthecurrentsystemstatus,andthenusingthelinearweightedaverageme
3、thodtoobtainthePIDparameters.Onthebasis,accordingtotheoptimizationcriterionfunction,itachievesthePIDparametersadjustmentonlineandgivesouttherelevantdatabaseupdateprinciple.Throughseveralnonlinearsystemsimulationexperiments,itconformestheeffectivenessoftheoptimizationalgorithm.
4、Secondly,theproposedmethodisappliedtothesuperheatedsteamtemperaturecontrolsystem.RespectivelyusingMatlab/SignalConstrainttoolboxandtheproposedmethodtooptimizeparamtersofflineoronlineforthesuperheatedsteamtemperaturesystemcontrollerunderdifferentload.Andthenwegettheoptimizedval
5、uesobtainedbythetwomethodsasthePIDcontrollerparametersandconductstepdisturbancetest,theresultscofirmtheeffectivenessoftheproposedalgorithmfurther.Thenwetakearobustnesstestfor75%loadofthesystem,andtheresultshowsthatithascertainrobustness.Finally,theoptimizationalgorithmispropos
