3、dlineofsafetytrainingamongalltheworkers.Thismodelismadeinthefollowingsteps.Firstly,aliteraturereviewincompetencyandsafetycapabilitiesinindustrysimilartoconstructionhasbeenmadeasthetheoreticalbackgroundofthepersonnelsafetycapabilityinconstruction.Secondly,basedonthetheoryofcompetencyandsafetyproduc
4、tion,thearticleillustratesdefinitionandmechanismofsafetycapabilityofconstructionworkers.Thirdly,theautherestablishsathree-factorsafetycapabilitymodelofconstructionworkerswithmethodsofliteraturereview,questionnairesandbehavioureventinterviewFourthly,combinedwithstructuralequationmodeling,asafetycap
5、abilityindexsystemhasbeenestablishedbasedonthesafetycapabilitymodelofconstructionworkers,andbeenintopractice.Whiletheshortageofoverestimatingworkers’capacity,anewevaluationalgorithmwasappliedbasedonthesynergisticeffectandsymbioticeffectmethodSafetyCapabilityModelforConstructionWorkersestablishedin
