1、上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文摘要基于VMI的发动机供应链库存管理研究摘要本文通过对汽车发动机行业的供应链进行分析，通过分析M公司的供应链现状，建立目前供应链的物流成本模型进行数学分析。进一步，给出了相应的对策分析，引入了供应商主导的VMI（VenderMangeInventroy）库存管理模式以及模式的有效性分析，其目的在于最大程度地减少长鞭效应在汽车发动机系统供应链中的影响。同时，也分析了简单的VMI并不能解决所有的问题，尤其是不能给上游的供应商带来显著的成本节约，由此，根据M公司实际的供应链现
2、状，引入第三方物流公司管理VMI的模式并依次建立模型，通过公式计算最后比较完美的解决之前的相关问题。本文的第一章阐明了研究要点和文章结构；第二章就目前的供应链定义和结构引出常用的库存模型，并综述长鞭效应的成因和目前的研究；第三章综述M公司发动机供应链的现况；第四章根据之前的模型，分析目前的供应链缺陷，介绍VMI库存管理的模式并在此条件下建立单由供应商管理库存的模型；第五章针对前一章的模型提出引入第三方物流公司的管理VMI的方案优化目前的供应链，建立模型，进行分析。关键词：汽车发动机系统，供应链管理
