2、benefits.Butwiththeexpansionofprojectscale,alotofdifficultiesandproblemsinactualprojectcannotberesolvedwiththecurrentschedulemanagementmethods.Withthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology,BuildingInformationModelinghasbecomeanewhotspotinprojectmanagementresearch.

3、BIMtoolsenablevisualizationofthebuildingproductandintegrationofprojectinformation.ParticipantsofprojectcanworktogetheronBIMplatformtoachievehighergoals.ThecurrentapplicationofBIMinprojectschedulemanagementisfew.TheresearchareaofschedulemanagementbasedonBIMisqu

4、itelimited.Firstly,thecurrentschedulemanagementworkprocessisanalyzedinthisthesis.Then,tosolvetheseproblemsinschedulemanagement,anewprojectschedulemanagementmethodbasedontheBIMplatformsandKanbanmanagementtheoryisproposed,whichcalledKanBIM.KanBIMpromotesthesched

5、ulemanagementbyprovidingaccessto3Dvisualizationsofprocessstatusandenablingreal-timefeedbackofprocessstatus.Thirdly,theresearchiscarriedoutonanalysistherequirementsofdifferentactorsinconstructionsiteproductionmanagement,designingtheKanBIMplanningandcontrolproce
